Treatment

General Dentistry
Basic dentistry such as resin BPA-free single surface restorations when a limited amount of the tooth has to be repaired or BPA-free resin sealants.

Advanced Restorative Dentistry
More advanced dental restorative procedures such as ceramic onlays and ceramic inlays are done when the tooth to be restored has substantial loss of structure due to decay or fracture. Bridges are recommended to replace a missing tooth and can involve two or more teeth in the arch to be restored.

Cosmetic Dentistry
Procedures that enhance the aesthetic appeal of your smile are considered cosmetic, such as porcelain laminate veneers. All dental procedures are done with aesthetics in mind as well as the health of the oral cavity.

Dental Implants
A dental implant is a titanium screw which replaces a natural tooth. The surgeon inserts an implant into the jawbone, and it acts as an anchor for an artificial tooth, called a crown. A device called an abutment connects the artificial tooth to the dental implant. The crown is custom-made to fit the person’s mouth and match the color of their teeth. Crowns look, feel, and function like natural teeth.

Invisalign
Invisalign treatment is the process of wearing a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually straighten your teeth. No brackets and wires, and with none of the restrictions that come with brackets and wires. The clear aligners are made of flexible plastic — specifically, a patented thermoplastic material created exclusively for Invisalign. Invisalign clear aligners are FDA-approved and contain no BPA, BPS, latex, or gluten. They are thin, clear, and fit snugly over your teeth, making them virtually invisible.

Periodontics
Involves the supporting structures of the teeth, such as the gingivae (gums) and bone. One of the procedures is scaling and root planning of the teeth and a more advanced procedure is pocket reduction flap surgery.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
There are many types of oral surgery, including surgical procedures such as a tooth removal or removal of a tumor. Some oral surgeries necessitate the use of Intravenous sedation or nitrous oxide; such as the removal of 3rd molars (wisdom teeth).

Endodontics
A root canal is a procedure done to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or has become infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. Without treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form and lead to loss of the tooth.

Comfort

Experience caring, sensitive and professional personnel that are experts in their field.

State-of-the-Art Dental Equipment and Sterilization Procedures
Including Advanced on-site OSHA Training and Certification for your comfort, safety and peace of mind.

Multimedia Treatment Rooms
Music & chair-side movies, 24/7 DSL Internet access for Web surfing.

Chair-side Comforts
Including lush chenille blankets and pillows to add comfort during treatment.

All Levels of Anesthesia and Analgesia Available
Includes Nitrous Oxide (sweet air) Conscious Sedation, and IV (intravenous) Sedation, by a specialist for pain and anxiety free procedures.

Digital Impressions
Digital intraoral impressions enhance patient comfort, provide more accurate registration and reduce patient chair time.

"I rarely give testimonials however my experience with Dr. Mambrino and the entire staff truly deserves one. I came into this practice via a referral during a dental emergency. As they say sometimes out of something bad comes something good and in my case finding Dr. Mambrino was the ‘something good’. I had a complicated case and needed an expert. What I got was something much more—an expert that cared. Dr. Mambrino is a perfectionist but that is not just because he has high expectations of himself and his work, it is truly because he cares about his patients. In my case he had to fix something that another dentist did that was ‘wrong’ (I was actually suing the other dentist at the time for malpractice). This was a very traumatic time in my life and l was very distraught about what I was going through.

The care that I received from Dr. Mambrino and his staff during the year it took to reconstruct my mouth was nothing short of excellent at all times. I was put at ease. I was taken care of immediately if ever any emergency or discomfort. Dr. Sampathkumar (lovingly known as Dr. Ven) even came in the morning after Christmas to help me with my temp. Dr. Mambrino spent countless hours with me making sure my speech was as close to perfect that it ever could be again. The amount of time he spent having me read while he listened with his eyes closed trying to hear where he should make adjustments so that I wouldn't feel like I had any handicap in the future was above and beyond the work that I feel any other person would have done. The way he helped me is very meaningful to me and I will always be grateful to him for giving me my speech and my smile back. Sometimes I run into him in town and he makes me show him my smile and he stands back and beams with pride at the result of his hard work. The way he does that makes me feel like I never had anything wrong with my teeth and I am just a normal person with a great smile now. That is priceless.

"If ever I had to move away, even if I moved to the other side ofthe world. I would travel back to East Hampton Dental to see Dr. Mambrino. That is how good of a doctor and person he is. I am happy to sign this letter with a declaration that I will never see another dentist again. There is just no reason not to go to the best and that is what he is."
